The West Midlands Coaching and Mentoring Pool is pleased to be hosting its tenth annual conference, again in partnership with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
The West Midlands Coaching and Mentoring Pool brings together over 20 organisations who work in partnership to provide coaching and mentoring capacity across the partner organisations. With an increased need to do more with less, the ability to be creative in service delivery, resilient in times of challenge and to lead change effectively is vital. Through developing our shared coaching and mentoring resource we are enabling these things to happen: see how we helped organisations in 2015/16

The West Midlands Coaching and Mentoring Pool is managed by West Midlands Employers who offer a range of services aimed at local councils and the wider public sector to support performance improvement at both an individual and organisational level, helping organisations to make the best use of their greatest resource – their people.
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) is Europe’s foremost professional body for coaches and mentors whose focus is raising the profile of our profession and the quality of practice of our skills. In the UK, EMCC is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation which, along with 1,500+ members, works in partnership with networks like the West Midlands Coaching & Mentoring Pool whose purpose and aspirations are aligned to our own. We run a number of conferences and events focused on coaching and mentoring and we are delighted to work with the WMCMP to support their 9th annual conference.
